TERMS OF USE:


BASIC DEFINITIONS:
eScan Plus (eScan+): It is a real estate marketing application that advertising for the real estates, whether they are for sale or to rent.
User: The entity that advertise, search, or register on the application, and this entity includes any individual, real estate marketing company, or real estate development company that own projects.
Data: It is all what uploaded on the application either by the user or “eScan plus” itself such as information, images, texts or videos, whether for the purposes of advertising, research, commenting or messaging, including the basic data which is necessary for the registration of any user as well.

FULL AGREEMENT:
These terms represent a complete agreement between the application and the user on the way how to use the application. In case that any of the terms of the agreement has been violated, the Jordanian courts have the right to implement the meaning of the agreement, provided that the remaining terms, conditions and other terms are applicable.
By using the "eScan Plus" mobile application, you agree to be bound by the Terms of use.

BASIC CONDITIONS:

“eScan Plus" application tries to provide its best to list the property with its exact location, but nevertheless, the maps and locations listed on "eScan plus" application are not completely accurate, it’s the user responsibility to set the correct location of the property.
The user is responsible for the ads and their content which are listed by him/her on the application, whether this entity is a registered user or not registered on "eScan Plus" application, where "eScan Plus" is not responsible in any way for the advertisements and their content.
The user is responsible for any infringement of the property rights of others in case of uploading any data, images, texts or videos that fall under their own property rights.
By using the "eScan Plus" application, you are responsible for any activity through your account or your use of the application, as you will be subjected to legal issues in case of any violation of the Jordanian laws.
The user must provide "eScan Plus" application with correct information about him , his listed property (if any), and any information requested by the application.
All information and data provided by the user will be confidential, except for:
- The data that will be displayed through the application.
- The phone number and email in order to provide them to the concerned bank - only if the home loan calculation service is used - in order to help the user to have a clear picture of the housing loan and how to obtain it.
- The application has the right to provide user information in case of any legal accountability and in response to the request of the official authorities.

By using the Home Loan Calculator, the calculated finance value is an approximate value and should not be considered as a final value, and the bank is the main and the primary reference in all matters relating to the values ​​resulting from the use of this service. Accordingly, "eScan Plus" application only displays the calculating service and link it with the appropriate advertised real estate.
Discounts follow the policy and provisions of their providers (commercial sector), such as shops, companies, and others.
The user is solely responsible for the discount vouchers which are gained by him in terms of use or attention to their validity period.
"eScan Plus" has no connection with any property listed on the application, or any activity related to the property such as selling, buying, leasing, etc.
"eScan Plus" application contain some links which leads  to the official sponsors or advertisers websites. These links that link between "eScan Plus" and any other site (and vice versa), which are managed by a third party, is not under the "eScan Plus" responsibility, and doesn’t represent any kind of endorsement of the contents of those sites.
The user is solely responsible for the user name and the confidentiality of the password of his account which is registered on the application and he bears all the consequences of the leakage of this password.
"eScan Plus" application has the right to modify the content of the advertisement without referring to its owner for the purpose of improving that advertisement .
"eScan Plus" has the right to prevent, cancel or suspend any user's access to the application or stop dealing with any user without giving reasons, including, but not limited to: the use of profanity, obscenity, threats, harassment, defamation, abuse of others in any way or exposure in any way to any third party or infringe on any employee in Almustaqarr company, whether on the application, e-mail, phone calls or messages, ...... etc.
"eScan Plus" application has the right to delete any advertisement that violates the content policy, such as and not limited to the advertisements that are reported by other users.

“eScan Plus” is not responsible for any loss of the user’s discount vouchers , and the user must follow the discount vouchers related rules and instructions which are available inside the application .

The user who advertises for any property acknowledges that by confirming any received “DEAL” order notification, his whole listed property advertisement will be removed from the application map and list, and its related vouchers will be transferred to the other user who sent the “DEAL” order.

"eScan Plus" application has the right to delete, modify or add advantages to the provided paid/free plans.

"eScan Plus" application reserves the right to modify and update the privacy policy and terms of use at any time and without referring to the users. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms of use and privacy policy periodically.
The subscriber, browser, and the user of the "eScan Plus" application declares that he is over eighteen years old (+18) .

 


Services prices
The payable services are applicable on the user who wants to advertise for his property on eScanPlus. eScanPlus has adopted five plans which provide the user with many advantages and different prices divided according to the type of advertisement (renting or selling), advantages, and the period of time , the plans are as follow:

  1. STANDARD with free charge for renting or selling. (Advantages as mentioned in the application)
  2. SILVER with 7 JOD/month for renting, 10 JOD/month for selling. (Advantages as mentioned in the application)
  3. GOLD with 10 JOD/month for renting, 15 JOD/month for selling. (Advantages as mentioned in the application)
  4. GOLD CROWN with 15 JOD/month for renting, 20 JOD/month for selling. (Advantages as mentioned in the application)

Upgrade pricing policy

“To Rent” subscription plans
* Upgrade from “Silver plan to Gold plan” OR “Gold plan to Gold crown plan”:
   - Upgrade within 5 days (as maximum) from the first subscription date : The price difference between the two plans should be paid.
   - Upgrade within 5-15 days from the first subscription date : Half amount of the new subscribed plan price must be paid.
   - Upgrade after 15 days from the first subscription date : Full amount of the new plan must be paid.

* Upgrade from “Silver plan to Gold crown plan”:
     - Upgrade within 5 days (as maximum) from the first subscription date : The price difference between the two plans should be paid.
     - Upgrade within 5-15 days from the first subscription date : Only 10 JOD must be paid.
     - Upgrade after 15 days from the first subscription date : Full amount of the new plan must be paid.

“For Sale” subscription plans
* Upgrade from “Silver plan to Gold plan” OR “Gold plan to Gold crown plan”:
   - Upgrade within 5 days (as maximum) from the first subscription date : The price difference between the two plans should be paid.
   - Upgrade within 5-15 days from the first subscription date : Only 10 JOD must be paid.
   - Upgrade after 15 days from the first subscription date : Full amount of the new plan  must be paid. 

* Upgrade from “Silver plan to Gold crown plan”:
   - Upgrade within 5 days (as maximum) from the first subscription date : The price difference between the two plans should be paid.
   - Upgrade within 5-15 days from the first subscription date : Only 15 JOD must be paid.
   - Upgrade after 15 days from the first subscription date : Full amount of the new plan must be paid.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

One of the top “eScan plus” management priorities is the privacy of the information which are provided by the user. The purpose of collecting and using this information is to provide a better service to you.

Data collection
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, and some other information including but not limited to  your device Internet protocol (IP) address, device type, the country you are browsing from, browsing time, The number of your visits, and other statistics. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.  

Data use
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. As it help us in developing and improving the efficiency of the application.
“eScan plus” application will not sell any collected personal information. Other parties may obtain some information about you if you disclose this information in case you are posting an advertisement, responding to any advertisement, using the loan calculation service, or collecting discount vouchers. Where your information can also be exchanged with the partners of the "eScan Plus" application for the purpose of providing better offers and more real estate choices.
“eScan Plus" application has the right to re-publish your advertisement on any social networking site or any other advertising media.

Users can request data deletion by contacting eScanplus directly through the app contact us form.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Payment Information
Payment is required for some of our Services, and we may ask you to provide certain information, including your name, address, email, phone number and credit card information (collectively, “Payment Information”), in connection with processing your transactions. You may update your Payment Information through your account. All credit card processing for our Services is handled directly by our third-party PCI-certified payment provider MEPS, and any information you provide to Stripe is governed by its privacy policy. Your Payment Information is encrypted and transmitted directly and securely to Stripe via HTTPS, and is not stored on our systems.
Any topped up/transferred credit to the user account wallet can be only used to pay for the services of eScan+ application, and cannot be withdrawn as a cash or refunded as a credit to the user bank account, or any other form.

Refund Policy
Once the user has successfully paid for any of the provided services by eScan+ , he has no right to ask for either partial or full refund for any reason .
Cancellation Policy
The user has no right to claim any refund for any type of cancellation or deletion of the his property either the deletion was by him or by eScan+ application.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time and without referring to you or any other party. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
Privacy policy acceptance
Using or visiting the "eScan Plus" application constitutes your outright acceptance of the privacy policy stipulated by the application’s management and any modifications that may occur to this policy.
